Job Description:

  • Lead medium to large teams in the creation and execution of digital marketing workstreams including but not limited to: CRM, email, display media and channel executions
  • Partner with the Social Media Marketing Manager to play an integral role in the execution & delivery against our social content strategy and operationalize how it will come to life
  • Implement agile ways of working within the digital creative team to successfully manage ongoing workflow and delivery projects on time and within outlined scope
  • Own and manage budget and multi workstream timelines through the project lifecycle
  • Escalate resource and capacity risks within the team as they arise
  • Work closely with SVP of Creative, and Creative Directors to ensure they are enrolled in work as required
  • Manage stakeholders across various levels of the organization, including feedback loops and expectation management
  • Ensure receptive and fluid process while respecting deadlines and budgets, from the
  • beginning to the end of a project
  • Create and update project plans, briefs, milestones, schedules, budget follow-up documents, and other documents related to projects
  • Own weekly status updates and risk escalation across all project touch points
  • Oversee creative QA across all projects you are responsible for
  • Partner with in-house creative teams as well as external agencies to deliver impactful creative that is aligned with brand strategy
  • Oversee asset creation and creative delivery for all channels including website, paid media (print and digital), social media, email, in-store (retail, community events), PR, strategic sales, etc.


  • BA or BS degree in Arts, Technology, Business, Marketing or related field
  • 5+ years of relevant experience required
  • 2+ years retail experience in-house preferred, specifically global apparel, retail or fashion brands
  • Must have digital integrated global campaign experience including multi language localization
  • Experience working with Smartsheet and other project management tools
  • You are a natural leader and great at getting the best out of others
  • Experience working with multi-disciplinary marketing, creative teams, and diverse business stakeholders
  • You are always ahead of researching trends in the digital retail space
  • Ability to juggle changing priorities while maintaining a positive attitude in the face of changing deliverables
  • You are efficient and highly effective communicator, both written and verbal
  • Track record of successfully delivering large and small scale projects from start to finish on time and within budget
  • Digital/Web/App experience required
